Orders and payment

Orders are accepted through the online shop. We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer and debit/credit card payments. All prices are in euro, VAT included; the BGN equivalent is calculated at the fixed rate €1 = 1.95583 BGN.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier within Bulgaria within 1 to 5 working days. The delivery cost is shown before you confirm your order.

Right of withdrawal and returns

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it without stating a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products with broken seals for hygiene reasons.

Refund policy

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. For card payments, the refund is issued back to the card used for the order, within 14 days of the return being approved.

Personal data

Your personal data is processed solely for order fulfilment, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
